Source and recruit top-notch candidates for corporate positions at all levels.
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive job candidates.
Confer with internal recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs.
Develop and maintain a network of quality contacts and referrals.
Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies.
Organize and document post-interview debriefing / feedback with recruiting team.
Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media and web crawlers.
Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Ability to recruit on a national level for a variety of positions Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1 -3 years experience in sourcing and or recruitment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal You know social media, and you know how to use it DB&A maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace.
As such, we require that all successful candidates pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test.
In addition to the pre-employment test the person hired will also be subject to random, post incident/accident and reasonable suspicion testing.
