Position Summary:

The Recruiter / HR Generalist will serve as a primary HR resource, supporting the Sr.

Director, and assisting the organization in various strategic HR areas with an emphasis on recruitment (domestic and some abroad), sourcing candidates, building a strong talent pipeline, career & succession planning, learning & development; onboarding, compensation design; total rewards, supporting cultural, retention, wellness and recognition programs, as well as assisting on various HR projects/initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties:
Act as the primary recruiter for new hires across the organization leading all aspects including sourcing, attracting top, diverse talent in entertainment, shared business services, tech, etc.

Handle all job postings, interviews, coordination of panels, screenings, etc.

via Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, etc.
Lead Position intake meetings and act as a liaison between hiring managers and leaders to ensure job descriptions and HR documents are clear, compliant, and filed appropriately
Lead Onboarding program to ensure new hire paperwork is received, background checks conducted, and that onboard experience is professionally supported as a member of onboarding team in preparing for their introduction to BOND
Draft offer term letters, job descriptions, and support fair hiring practices with a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Demonstrate ability to provide perspective around market trends, compensation practices, and to negotiate while maintaining alignment with fair pay practices
Employer-sponsored immigration coordination
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to manage access professionally and appropriately to highly confidential paperwork and information
Tech-savvy; experienced navigating applicant tracking systems; various sourcing and social media platforms
High level of organization, scheduling, and administrative strength managing across duties
Strength in use of various technology platforms; social media savvy, the leading launch of new systems across org (G-Suite or Microsoft tools, survey monkey, smart sheet, and HRIS systems)
Ability to design creative job postings, build and create decks for presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00
– $105,000.00 per year
