Job Requirements:
THE ROLE:
- Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system – Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:
- 1 year of inside and/or outside, B2B sales experience OR recruiting experience, preferably focused in the areas of IT
- Excellent cold calling, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities
- Must be an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who has excellent communication skills
- A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for business
- The drive to succeed in a performance-driven culture
- Exude a competitive spirit as evidenced by demonstrated success in school, athletics, music or another field.
- Bachelor’s degree
