Job Description: Global Talent Acquisition is looking for a Recruiter to join our team to support specialist and class hiring for the operations function.

The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process at AXP, while ensuring an outstanding candidate and Hiring Leader experience.

You will screen, assess, interview, and lead the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates with the greatest speed.

You will become a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships and energetically sell the role and the Client brand.

Responsibilities : Proactively support broader recruitment strategy to help ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent Become a talent advisor and subject matter expert on the local market and competitor landscape to best attract top talent Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data Lead and own posting, screening, assessment, interview, offer and disposition process activities for the regional/functional segment, ensuring outstanding candidate experience Partner with Hiring Leaders and internal stakeholders to understand the business, meet hiring volumes, provide feedback on candidates and influence hiring decisions Ensure a best in class candidate experience by proactively providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback Use ATS and recruitment applications to drive improved recruitment outcomes Help ensure company follows laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices Make 10 offers per day by phone Track offer acceptances and declines (getting to the root cause of why candidates decline).

Working closely in a team based environment ssisting with new hire class load balancing
– calling candidates to move start dates Strong Microsoft office skills, (word, excel, ppt, SharePoint) Experience working in shared tracking files ssisting with candidate telephone interviews as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience (required) minimum of two years of full lifecycle, corporate recruiting or related experience; preferably with exposure to financial services or Operations (required) Experience with class hiring/volume recruitment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and/or others (preferred) bility to build positive relationships and collaborate with hiring leaders and candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner Experience staffing high volume call center roles Experience staffing in the sales industry (highly preferred) iretel Staffing, Inc.
