We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle talent acquisition
– supporting talent acquisition initiatives from job marketing and recruitment to employee onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to source talent and shepherd candidates through the recruitment process.

In addition to recruiting, you will also be involved with our people programs, specifically orientation, new hire meet and greets, and anniversary celebrations, to name a few.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, sources talent through LinkedIn, networking events, job boards and industry associations.

    Posts open positions to job boards and requests accompanying digital content as needed.

    Screens candidates and provides feedback; coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Participates in campus recruiting, building a talent pool for early career professionals
  • Manages summer intern program, working with business leaders to design and deliver curriculum, providing networking opportunities and utilizing cohort feedback for continuous improvement
  • Creates and manages reporting for HR dashboard
  • Manages orientation program, updating annually and delivering via appropriate medium
  • Assists with annual benefits open enrollment, creating/updating intranet/communications
  • Participates in the creation/updating of all recruiting collateral
  • Creates and publishes new hire bios monthly
  • Liaise with Greystone’s CEO’s office to coordinate new hire meet and greets; administers service award program
  • Manages content for Human Resources pages on the company intranet
  • Processes background and credit checks for candidates; produces offer letters

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • Prior internships with demonstrated experience in recruitment preferred 
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Previous experience working with an ATS, UKG (Ultimate) experience a plus
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to use appropriate discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
