What your job will entail:
- Assist in all aspects of the Helpmates recruitment and selection process, including the successful placement of specialists on contingent or full-time positions.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites
- Manage customer accounts by familiarizing oneself with the clients’ business and types of office workers by making personal calls on all key accounts to drive revenue.
- Strive to increase the rapport between Helpmates and all its clients.
What your background should look like:
- 3-5+ years of experience in an agency recruiting role
- Experience in Full cycle recruiting specializing in: Office Services, Human Resources, Skilled Manufacturing.
- Calm, poised and professional phone etiquette with great follow-up protocols and habits.
- Tireless but–at the same time–smart phone, email and communication habits.
- Unafraid to fail and try new things but too smart to try to fix what’s not broken.
- Above all else…a growth-oriented mindset.
