RecruiterWhat we are looking for: Aldridge is hiring We are looking for a strong recruiter with experience recruiting for construction projects.

As a recruiter here you will participate in end to end recruiting to attract the best possible talent.

You will also be responsible to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

You are an action-oriented, self-starter that is able to develop strong relationships with business leaders and peers to help Aldridge Electric achieve hiring goals.

What you’ll do:Interface with internal hiring managers to determine current and forecast future staffing needs and source potential candidates.Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, etc.).Assist with College recruiting as needed.

Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communication or another related field, or equivalent experience in recruiting, human resources, or construction.3 years experience in recruiting, construction experience is preferred.Proficient in the use of social media strategy relative to all recruiting efforts.Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.Experience working on LinkedIn Recruiter.Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.Time-management skills and the ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stay highly organized and consistently meet deadlines.Experience with Microsoft Suite
– PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
