Job DescriptionJob Title: Payroll Supervisor Reports To: Chief Human Resources OfficerFLSA Status: Exempt Department: Business ManagementSummary: To perform bookkeeping by performing the following duties.Duties and Responsibilities include the following: PAYROLL SUPERVISORSummary: Under the direction of the HR Manager, the payroll supervisor performs pre-payroll and administrative duties, ensures payroll accuracy and timeliness and provides response to payroll, timecard and related requests and inquiries.Duties and Responsibilities:Payroll processing, reporting, employee contact for questionsReports on headcount and time & attendanceMain point of contact for ADP (tax notices, access, updates)HRIS configurations and point of contact with ITOvertime tracking and reportingTimecard adjustments (all except Encino 1)401(k) reporting, input, distributionFinal pay calculationsSupport Aderant accounts creation and maintenanceQualifications: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
