In this role you will work with a team of three Payroll Specialists to process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for approximately 12000 employees.
As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will be: Utilizing ADP Workforce Now to process multi-state and ex-patriot payroll for 1200 employees Researching and analyzing payroll issues and ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented accurately and in a timely manner Preparing and posting payroll related journal entries Preparing payroll reports for the month end close and on an ad-hoc basis Auditing payrolls to ensure accuracy of garnishments, deductions, levies, etc.
