Job Responsibilities: Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HCM system and supporting HR and Payroll modules Leads all aspects of HCM configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of HCM initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support Ensures HR data practices and activities support our client’s mission, growth initiatives, strategies and culture Sets up Business Processes, Workflows, Security Roles and User Roles, Deductions and Earnings Maintains the UKG PRO (Legacy UltiPro) system including Core HR data, payroll interfaces, and time and attendance functions Maintains information flow for other UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management, Perception, Life Events, Open Enrollment, Workforce Management) Documents changes and Change Control features Creates and schedules Business Intelligence Reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools Basic Qualifications: Ability to travel 10% Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HR and Payroll HCM, or related experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements analysis, handing/troubleshooting escalated issues, and creating strategic communication/ presenting to executive-level audience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years work experience; 6 years work experience with an Associate’s Degree) Preferred Qualifications: Professional, Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
