Our client, a major provider of medical services across CA, is seeking a professional *Payroll Coordinator, experienced with ADP Workforce Now, *for its corporate headquarters’ Payroll Department in West LA.

The primary responsibilities involve the timely and accurate distribution of all payroll including bonuses and commissions. The Payroll Specialist also answers phone calls, voice mails, and e-mails in a timely manner.
They will assist with all Payroll issues across the network of dental offices.
The payroll department is responsible for payroll, workers compensation, employee relations, benefit deductions, taxes, regulatory filings (such as Form 940 & 941’s and annual W-2’s etc), processing of manual payroll checks and semi-monthly payrolls.
*Position Qualifications*
* *Strong knowledge of Excel*
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* *Experience with ADP Workforce NOW is required*
* Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred (if the geographic location of the office does not require the applicant to be bilingual, applicants who only speak English may be considered)
* 3 years minimum experience working in a payroll department.
