We are a skilled nursing facility providing short-term, long-term, and rehabilitation care with a total of 98 beds located near Koreatown.

Job Summary:
As the Payroll Specialist, you would be responsible for coordinating employee all payroll and benefits in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
This position is also responsible for some Human Resource functions.
Our Payroll Specialists processes LOAs, workers compensation, and employee benefits.
Must have a thorough knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws.

We need team members who provide assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results .
Requirements:
1 – 2 years previous payroll processing experience required
High school diploma required; Associates degree from accredited college in business, accounting or related field preferred
Ability to calculate numbers and perform data entry
Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality

Preferred:
Previous experience with KRONOS system highly desirable
Previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable
