Job Duties: Processing daily payroll for contract and permanent personnel utilizing our companys automated time and attendance system.

Audit and record all exception hours for several Employee groups.

Audit and verify all overtime hours for several Employee groups.

Audit and maintain Attendance records for all several Employee groups.

Required Skills: Must be multi-task oriented and possess organizational skills Prior payroll experience or working knowledge of automated time and attendance systems preferred.

Must have P/C skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Must work under specific deadlines and time constraints and be able to work in a limited space with constant interruptions.
