Essential Functions:
- Assist with all payroll related matters using payroll Paycom software.
- Assist with preparing data from multiple platforms into a singular format for payroll; upload information from Practice Engine
- Ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service.
- PTO tracking, management and reconciliation.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for non-exempt employees
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating sick, PTO, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous experience working in payroll department.
- Assistance with Payroll and Timekeeping.
- Understanding of Accruals of Paid Time Off.
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting.
- The candidate must have good judgement, punctuality, a good work ethic and great knowledge of computer software.
