Title: Part-Time Payroll Specialist/Consultant Pay Rate: $60 / hour Location: Bellevue, WA Job ID: 549872 Privately held financial services firm seeks a Part-time Payroll Specialist.
This will be 10-15 hours every per week on a flexible schedule.
The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for processing multi-entity payroll for 150 employees both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Most employees reside in Washington State but the right person will know how to process payroll for OR, CA, OR, NM, and AK as well: Qualifications: Professional and reliable, ethical, and detail oriented Well versed with ADP Workforce Now and Excel Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
Prefer 10 years 401K calculation and multi-state payroll experience Must be available to process on a parttime, ongoing basis (this is an open-ended duration) The right candidate is able to own the entire payroll process without hand-holding.
