In this capacity you’ll apply recruiting best practices to support our Talent Acquisition efforts as you manage a group of full life-cycle medium to high-complexity requisitions.This posting is a talent pool for multiple Recruiter roles within DPEP Professional Recruitment and will report to a Sr.

Manager-Recruitment-DPEP.

We have roles that can be contract, project hire or full-time based on need.

For location, we are open to Florida, Southern California and Remote.Responsibilities:Every day as a Sr.

Recruiter/Recruiter is different.

On any given day you might…Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple disciplinesProvide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process including interviews, offer negotiation and new hire onboarding; represent and promote the Disney brand, core values, and essential aspects of the role tocandidatesConduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectationsConsult with and coach Hiring Managers through the selection process and make recommendations for candidate interviewsWork with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to develop an understanding of the department environment, strategy and talent profiles to support the hiring needs of the businessProject manage the recruitment operations through the development of full life cycle recruitment plans, ensuring candidate, client and team experiences are met with excellent service deliveryDevelop recruitment updates to review trends, competitive intelligence and talent demographicsBasic Qualifications:Please apply if you have:3+ years of technical recruiting & sourcing experience with a focus on STEM, Retail & Creative rolesFundamental knowledge of employment law and best practicesExperience identifying qualified candidatesWorking knowledge of the tools of the trade: resume databases, social networking, sourcing tools and spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and networkingExperience developing collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levelsKnowledge of enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking Systems and experience working in a results measured environmentPreferred Qualifications:It would be great if you also have:AIRS, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) or other HR certifications5+ years of recruiting experienceDeep experience developing and executing sourcing strategies with tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc., and Boolean searchingRequired EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred EducationAdditional Information:Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
