You are: Empowered with the ability to analyze and design client business processes specific to Payroll.

An investigator, identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases to implement via application configuration.

A liaison to the business community
– you participate in user and task analysis to maintain perspectives.

The Work: Business SME who understands the procure to pay, order to cash and record to report flows and understands Oracle E-biz suite and how these are carried out on Oracle.

Ability to communicate well with finance functional team of Intuit using business acumen Takes requirements from business and pass the information to offshore team for further solutioning.

Use extensive knowledge and experience to perform in Oracle ERP/ HR 12.2 Core, Payroll, Benefits, Procurement, and Projects Utilize Oracle ERP or Oracle EBS security design and implementation methodology Use of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance process preferred Provides cross-module and cross-functional area integration support Ensures integrity and accuracy of all application system setup information Interacts with technical/development professionals in the design and support of required specific customizations, interfaces, and extensions to the Oracle ERP Cloud applications Follows prescribed methodologies and processes in completing Oracle support and implementation activities Here’s what you need: 5 years of experience managing functional Oracle EBS Payroll or Time & Labor implementation efforts and aligned resources 7 years Oracle EBS experience Bonus points if you have: Proven ability to work independently and as a team lead Experience working with in DoD related systems Eligibility Requirements: US Citizenship, no dual citizens As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000
– 166,700 and information on benefits offered is here.
