You will navigate in a dynamic multifaceted environment that requires an ability to quickly shift between operational and strategic support to business objectives.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Senior HR Business Partner and business leaders to develop and lead effective people strategies to drive business performance Empower leadership to collaborate with other HR members on innovative recruitment strategies, reward recognition programs and D&I initiatives to increase employee engagement Provide guidance on enterprise-wide HR initiatives for assigned client groups, including goal planning, performance management, talent reviews and success planning Deliver appropriate coaching and development on organizational design, workforce planning to assess future growth of business Ability to interpret complex data and HR analytics that are relevant for assigned business metrics and KPI’s A champion of Altice USA Culture and values and provide advice on culture-related initiatives QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR or related degree required 5 years of Professional HR Business Partner experience preferredExcellent consultative and client service skills with an ability to influence and manage key relationships.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use and interpret data to both guide and validate decisions.Ability to quickly grasp the ‘big picture’, using insights from business leaders, HRBP colleagues and COE partners to provide pragmatic counsel and guidance aligned to the strategic direction of the organization.Results orientation with the ability to quickly identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.Demonstrated effectiveness at both the strategic and tactical levels.Working knowledge, understanding, and practical application of employment laws and HR practices.Altice USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to recruiting, hiring and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds regardless of gender, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, age, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military or veteran status, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.Altice USA, Inc.
