· Generate and identify 100+ new streamer leads a day and pass to the Talent Team Managers to close.
· Capable of 100+ outbound calls a day to source new potential talent.
· Utilize and leverage various detailed internet & social media searches to identify where to find new streamers nationwide and generate multiple call lists for talent team.
· Collaborate, research, and execute on new lead generation strategies.
· Capable of detailed research to identify correct contacts at universities and colleges, sororities, etc.
for Talent Team to contact.
· Capable of understanding the app’s aesthetic and making sure potential streamer leads meet that criteria.Required Education and Experience:
· Well-versed in cloud computing platforms & databases
· Strong social media skills and personal social media presence
· Strong Social Networking skills
· Strong organizational skillsPreferred Education and Experience:
· Experience in the entertainment industry a huge plusPreferred Relevant Work Experience:
· Worked at a tech based startup
· Previous experience at a live streaming app or within the live streaming community as a whole.
