We are looking for a junior recruiter that can help assist in the hiring and recruiting operations for one of our Los Angeles clients.
The position is located near USC and would be a hybrid role meaning you would have to go into the office 2X per week.
Our client is looking for someone who has some recruiting experience whether that is internal or external recruiting, someone who has familiarity in ATS software’s, and someone who has an approachable and fun rapport.
As a junior recruiter you will help create job descriptions, source resumes, and call and screen potential candidates.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
Create and maintain job descriptions.
Making sure candidates fit all the application requirements
Calling and screening potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
Assist in evaluating employee performance and provide resources and coaching opportunities as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years experience of recruitment, corporate/in-house recruitment
Bachelor Degree is a plus
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, paycom preferred, but not required
Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
Excellent communicator, with ability to lead on sensitive calls
Approachable style; ability to connect with employees and establish rapport
Highly organized with a sense of urgency
