Our Healthcare client based out of Los Angeles, is looking for a Contract Interim Payroll Director, responsible for overseeing payroll functions. The project is 12-18 months in duration. COVID Vaccination is required and this is a onsite role.
Location: Onsite in LA
Duration: 12- 18 months
Role Description & Requirements:
- Strong Payroll background – minimum of 10 years of payroll experiences (including 5 years in supervisory role) on a Payroll System (not a service), preferably Lawson.
- Kronos / UKG experience preferred.
- Understanding and experience in Payroll Tax processing including out of state tax filing
- Payroll Processing experience
- Understanding of payroll costing/accounting
- Willingness to do day to day tasks as needed
- Support Payroll staff
- Analyze requests into the department and organize them to review with Director of Payroll for final decisions
