This major manufacturer is looking for an individual that has a strong Human Resource Generalist background and at least 8 years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing facility.
As the HR Supervisor, you’ll supervise the HR functions with an emphasis on continuous improvements in the areas of operations development and administration of company HR policies and programs.
You should be dedicated to high quality customer service and able to foster teamwork.
In this Human Resource Supervisor role, you will lead and supervise the generalist duties in the Human Resources Department.
Facilitate a collaborative environment and implements appropriate change management initiatives.
Provide customer service to support the business through the consistent application of HR policies and practices.
You will need to show advanced competency for troubleshooting and problem solving, and advanced customer and vendor & partner interface skills.
You will be responsible for updating HRIS using various HRIS applications and create an environment to support an ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and systems.
Diagnose organizational development needs and identify best development solutions.
You will also identify training needs and recommend programs that support the organization’s change management initiatives and need for developing the knowledge and skills of all internal talent as well as coordinate and conduct internal training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
You will select most cost-effective training opportunity and track training costs.
Also, you will ensure recruitment activities are accurately captured in a timely manner.
You will perform recruitment & placement activities for salaried non-exempt and exempt positions and utilize the most cost-effective recruitment means (recruiters, etc.).
Must demonstrate flexibility and desire to learn.

Job Requirements: Requirements for this Human Resource Supervisor:
· Bachelor’s Degree mandatory
· At least 8 years Human Resource Generalist experience
· Must have manufacturing environment experience
· Experience with safety, benefits, workers comp, recruiting and TRAINING.
