Human Resources Representative

Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Representative for a 6 month Contract.

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) The role of the HR Representative is to support a manufacturing plant in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects while developing processes to streamline the functions and activities in the department according to strict deadlines and within budget for the HR team.

The HR Representative is responsible for coordinating onsite events, new hire processing (including contingent worker conversions), communication strategy execution, HR reporting and analytics and HR representation in assigned areas.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Automates current HR processes to improve efficiency and effectivity.

Works with HR Business Partners to execute projects and roll them out to the rest of the organization.

Provide additional support to HRBPs as requested.

Takes initiative and prioritizes actions while managing numerous tasks.

Assist in employee engagement events in the 3800 building.

Including, but not limited to, United Way Campaign, Employee Appreciation Week, Service Awards, Employee of the Month, Holiday Party, and blood drives.

Assist in managing the relationship with third party contingent labor provider.

Assist in Common Annual Review Process which includes performance management, compensatory adjustments and bonus administration.

Responsible for coordinating new hires with the Pre-Boarding Team including candidate follow-up and engagement throughout the process Monitor exit interviews and report trends on quarterly basis.

Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Lead contingent worker conversion to permanent employee process Assist in New Hire Orientation Assist in HR Reporting and Analytics Lead communication distribution throughout manufacturing plant Other duties as assigned
