About the Role

Dolls Kill is looking for an experienced leader with a broad range of experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and compliance.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow an awesome and passionate HR team, build people programs and initiatives from the ground up in a fast-paced start-up environment, and manage key moments across our team members’ employment life cycle.

In this important role, you’ll be hands-on, building and executing a state-of-the-art HR operation.

Responsibilities:
Help develop HR metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention Serve as coach and advocate across all levels of the organization, lead issue resolution Own and implement our benefits and compensation, performance management, and compliance programs Design and implement our learning and development programs from onboarding to continuous education Ensure that the Talent Management and Career Development approach is reflective of an environment that guarantees retention of the highly coveted employees in an extremely competitive environment for key talent Identify trends to recommend proactive solutions for attracting and retaining the best talent Establish scalable solutions empowering our leaders to be better managers and develop programs that prepare high-potential employees for their next role
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR or People Ops management experience Comfortably engages and builds relationship with management Data-driven with the ability to derive with solutions based on data Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results Strong communicator with the ability to provide both strategic foresight and feedback A natural coach and mentor who relates well with others, listens effectively, and can build rapport with a diverse workforce –
– all in the spirit of helping employees at all levels move from goal to outcome in a developmental way Deep knowledge of legal HR compliance matters First-hand experience in the design and implementation of HR programs like benefits administration, employee relations, leadership development, job leveling, and rolling out compensation bands Experience with high growth startups, PE or VC company space Dolls Kill, Inc.
