This person must possess strong prioritization skills, maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate flexibility, and be a creative problem solver.This is an exempt position.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Human Resources certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP), preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management (required).Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling employee relations and leave management (required).Advanced understanding of employment and HR related laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices, including Title VII, ADA, ADAA, and FMLA.Proficient with MS Office software.Wayfinder Family Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
