Instawork is looking for dynamic and energetic Human Resources Manager to work within the Talent Acquisition team bringing our staffing solutions to large businesses.
As an Human Resources Manager, you will own the whole gamut of HR functions like, Employee Engagement and Performance Management, onboarding.

Responsibilities: Business Partner
- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment.
Create a robust employee network.
- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
- Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyse employee information.
Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
- Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement
- Conduct E-sat surveys, Exit interviews
- Employee relations: Handling critical incidents, managing escalations etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/assist with employee on/off-boarding, including administration and orientationTrack employee turnover trends and headcount reporting
- Assist in bi-annual compensation review and benchmarking cycles
- Track & coordinate variable compensation plans
- Assist with year-end performance reviews
- Assist in developing internal learning & development programs
- Ensure compliance with employee training rules
- Investigate Internal Complaints
- Manage accommodation/leave requests
- Compile EEO reports
- Drive benefits offering and annual renewal cycles
Who are you?
- Deep understanding of safety issues with a minimum of 4+ years experience managing HR functions
- Diversified knowledge and application of HR processes and programs such as organization development, organizational change, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation & rewards, training, and recruitment.
- Experience in Startup culture, high learnability, and ability to manage change
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High degree of Ownership & Accountability
- Self Managed with ability to plan and prioritize with limited oversight.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
- Detail-oriented with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
- A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate, develop, and retain talent
- Strong analytical skills, including working with large data sets to identify and solve business problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
