Job Overview:

As the Human Resources manager, are a skilled, highly motivated and driven, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. You will be responsible for handling all HR functions, which includes recruiting and retention, training and development, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, legal compliance, and policy development.

Responsibilities:

· Create and develop job descriptions across multiple functional areas in partnership with hiring managers and teams.

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and other team members to attain success, predictable results, and credibility.

· Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.

· Create and manage full 360° review process across the organization.

· Manage departmental training across the organization and ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements.

· Manage the annual performance review process from start to finish, while directly partnering with leadership and employees.

· Manage promotions including evaluating and analyzing scope of role and key changes.

· Support leadership with 401K program management and development.

· Recommend benefits programs to leadership by studying employee requirements along with trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.

· Maintain records including: all employee personnel files, applicant tracking reporting and compensation, and benefits information.

· Oversee recording and maintenance of employee information, such as: personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations/separations of employment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.

· Prior fashion experience is a must.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

· Must be a motivated self-starter, and able to work with limited supervision.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

· In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations for the US.
