HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our client is the leading supplier of cosmetic products with 75+ employees based in North Hollywood, California. This will be the first hire in Human Resources/People Operations.

Their business is rapidly expanding, and they require an experienced Human Resources Manager to work closely with our management team and employees. They are a start-up organization that needs to recruit and support their employees’ needs while ensuring they adhere to correct policies and follow U.S regulations. The HR Manager will be required to work with their online HR tools and establish company policies and training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround, Team-based work environment and work closely with the management team to recruit team members that will fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of our human resources department
  • Leads our recruiting process through various channels and manages the interview, offer, and onboarding process
  • Responsible for all elements of employee relations, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Ensures compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Develops and revises policies and procedures, prepares reports, and analyzes data
  • Collaborates with management to develop and promote company culture.
  • Manages the benefits and insurance programs – through Insperity
  • Develop and implement training & safety programs
  • Develop employee appraisal and promotion process.

Salary Range for HR Manager role: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)
