– Friday, Onsite Location: Clearwater, FL Duties for the Human Resources Manager Job include: Implement creative recruitment strategies and work closely with staffing agencies Process payroll for 100 multistate employees using Paylocity Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization Represent management in arranging all agreements related to employment Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment Additional Qualifications: At least 7 years of Human Resources Management experience Bachelors degree preferred Experience with Paylocity preferred Ability to domestically travel once each month by Jobble
