Human Resources Generalist

Job Description Ajilon is searching for an experienced full time HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST.

Responsibilities: Assist with payroll, onboarding, terminations and new hire orientations Benefits Administration including open enrollment Experience with Leave of Absence (LOA’s), FMLA and Workers Compensation Update and maintain employee records Liaison between HR, management, leaders and colleagues Implement HR policies and procedures Maintain the utmost discretion while dealing with confidential information Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience Degree preferred Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
