Human Resources Coordinator

Recent films projects WandaVision, Wonder Woman 1984, and The Mandalorian.The HR Coordinator supports the HR department in administrative tasks, data entry, employee relations, and general HR needs for our amazing employees. It is critical that this individual understands and models our company values and is committed to our employee-first culture as a great place to work!Responsibilities:* Handle HRIS data entry for New Hires, Separations, and other employee changes.* Paper file/ digital file logging and maintenance, in compliance with company policy and government requirements.* Assist with internal department audits and annual accounting audits.* Respond to routine employee HR inquiries, at the direction of the HR Generalist.* Respond to employee questions about our PEO.* Work closely with other departments on behalf of HR; protecting the employee experience and monitoring compliance with company policy and with government regulation.* Partner with our PEO and take on environment scanning for upcoming compliance issues.* Assist employees with health benefit enrollment and 401(k) enrollment.* Assist in other department projects (Talent Management, L&D, etc.) as assigned.Essential Skills:* Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR, office management, or similar administrative function with experience in data entry and in employee relations.* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Office.* Entertainment industry experience preferred.* Experience with TriNet or in working with a PEO is a plus.* PHR or CP Certification is a plus.* Prior experience with benefits administration is a plus.Personal attributes:* Attention to detail* Great communication skills* Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality* Team player* Must be able to multi-task, prioritize between tasks* Positive attitudeHow to ApplyPlease provide your resume AND a cover letter.
