Human Resources Coordinator

RealREPP is a full service recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a well-known and growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Temporary Human Resources Office Coordinator in Los Angeles.
This HR coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of a building totaling 380,000 SF in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a corporate office environment.
This is an urgent need and this position is a hybrid role which includes office coordinator duties and responsibilities and provides administrative support to Human Resources.

This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
This position requires someone to be a true team player and wear many different hats.

This individual must have a polished, poised and friendly demeanor as they will be interfacing daily with the executives.
Responsibilities
Distribute newspapers to designated recipients each morning.

Communicate to vendor’s any mistakes or problems with deliveries Set up for monthly birthday & anniversary desserts, Tuesday breakfasts/lunches, and other foodie events On a quarterly basis provide supervisor with a concise overview of expenses Process vendor invoices and track invoices and payment statuses in Yardi Maintaining business machines and Coordinate Meeting Set Ups Initiate and handle calendar orders in September/October of each year for the various departments at the corporate office Carefully sort the morning USPS mail and interoffice courier bags; notify appropriate employees of important/urgent mail items as needed.

Accurately log all incoming Certified Mail and send email notification to appropriate individual
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Administrative Office experience Bachelor’s Degree Must posses and maintain a valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance Full cycle recruiting experience within a corporate office environment.

Experience working on or implementing an HRIS system Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Must be a team player while having the ability to work independently and be self directed Ability to multi-task and still maintain a critical detailed eye Must have the ability to learn quickly and apply one situation or application to a variety of different scenarios
