In this role, he/she will play a key role in the firm’s key HR areas such as recruiting and business practices.

You will collaborate with the firm’s Recruiters and Business Stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally.

The team is all-hands-on-deck, and coordinators often participate in intern and campus events, help use data to inform future recruiting decisions, and contribute to the firm’s diversity initiatives.

Recruiting Coordinators generally start in a short-term contract position before joining the firm in a full-time capacity.

Currently the role is Remote with a transition to Hybrid in the near future (3 days in the office; and 2 days remote).

Qualifications and Skills Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Impressive attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Able to liaise with members of multiple business units is a plus Responsibilities and Duties Schedule and monitor a high volume of candidate interviews Help facilitate offer acceptance(s) Develop and implement process improvements, maintain clean data and documentation in the firm’s Project Management Systems Partner with recruiters and colleagues from the firm’s Human Resources Team on ad hoc recruiting projects
