Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting multiple departments or functional areas in the Corporate and Field environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following HR functional areas: talent acquisition; onboarding; employee relations; policy interpretation and application, performance management, benefits administration, compensation consultation; and talent management consultation.

May carry out additional responsibilities to include employee development initiatives and training.< Br><Br> Essential Job Functions< Br><Ul> <Li>Builds strong business relationships with internal customers.< /li><Li> Applies organizational values in personal performance and ensures HR services are aligned with these organization values.< /li><Li> Act as a performance improvement driver for individuals and teams.< /li><Li> Consults with line employees and management, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation when appropriate.< /li><Li> Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details.< /li><Li> Works with internal and external resources in effectuating talent acquisition.

Actively participates in recruitment campaigns; job fairs; outreach programs; general networking; etc.

to ensure robust candidate pipeline.< /li><Li> Facilitates New EmployeeOrientation (NEO) program for new hires.< /li><Li> Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.< /li><Li> Supports HR business processes through utilization of HRIS modules.< /li><Li> Supports annual HR cycledeliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.</li>< Li>Support compliance-related processes including leave tracking and communication.< /li><Li> Manages and resolves employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.< /li><Li> Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.< /li><Li> Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.G., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).< /li><Li> Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.< /li><Li> Identifies training needs for individuals, teams, and business units and individual executive coaching needs.< /li><Li> Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.< /li><Li> Performs other related duties as assigned.< /li><Li> Responsible for areas related to Safety compliance.< /li></ul> <B>Supervisory Responsibilities:< /b><Br> <Ul><Li> This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.< /li></ul> Attendance is an essential job function.< Br>This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
