Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
· Develop and Execute all HR strategies in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and organizational development
· Manage sensitive and complex employee relation issues
· Conduct internal investigations when necessary
· Interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures
· Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees
· Develop and maintain affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
· Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conduct new-employee orientations; continuous employee training and monitors career-pathing program
· Provide HR leadership, coaching and counseling to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues
· Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintain company organization charts
· Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
· Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for all North American managed employees
· Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree and five to seven years’ human resource experience
· SHRM-CP or PHR certification
· SAP and Paylocity experience a plus
· Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
