Come build your career with us.As an HR generalist, this role will partner with functional business resources, providing strategic HR expertise to achieve business goals and objectives.

Responsible as the HR liaison to a defined customer organization in areas such as: Talent forecasting, acquisition and development; Diversity and Inclusion; Employee Engagement; Compensation planning and implementation; HR Compliance; and Employee Relations.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships to ensure proactive employee relations including coaching supervisors and team leadership.

Conduct internal employee relations investigations.Partner with the customer management team to establish a workforce talent forecast, strategy and plan to support critical business demands, address talent pipeline gaps, and anticipate needs to sustain and grow capabilities.Promote and support business activities that foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, wellness and employee engagement to create a positive work environment and optimize performance.Serve as a consultant to the customer organization in the implementation and delivery of HR strategy, programs, projects, and initiatives, including collaboration within the established Shared Services model.Optimize capability and readiness of leadership successors through development plans, growth assignments, and mentoring.Develop and apply meaningful HR data analytics to inform and drive business decisions Deploy change management and project management skills to facilitate successful implementation of new or amended policy, process, programs and initiatives.Develop strategic knowledge transfer roadmaps to retain critical capabilities and core expertise.Support business, Sector, and HR initiatives in pursuit of our One Team mindset.

Temporary remote/Hybrid (COVID-19): Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this role will be conducted remotely or in a hybrid format on a temporary basis.
