– People Services Position Responsibilities
•Provide Project Management support with benefits harmonization and integration for Mergers and Acquisitions activity across 33 markets globally (excluding the US and PR)
•Maintain implementation project plan, track milestones, manage RAID log, and raise and escalate risks as appropriate
•Manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to enable timely implementation
•Drive innovative and automated solutions, reducing manual efforts in administration of benefits programs
•Coordinate system user acceptance testing and provide testing support as needed
•Review lessons learned after each implementation and create best practice documentation for planning, testing, and managing future harmonization projects, including stakeholder management, communication plans, etc.
•Review of all current knowledge material to identify gaps and work with Total Rewards Operations to create missing documentation
•Provide hypercare support until market is ready to move to business as usual
•Support with any other operational activities across global total rewards as needed Required skills and qualifications
•At least two years of HR experience, including some experience in benefits or total rewards
•Project management experience
•Process management and documentation experience
•Experience working in a rapid, fast-moving environment which is both complex and changing
•General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws and total rewards legislative requirements for the relevant region
•Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements to identify the right solution to meet business needs
•Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities Desired Skills
•Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
•System implementation experience, ideally Darwin & Workday, or any other HCM or benefits platforms
•Experience of working with or managing system providers, local brokers, and vendors Hybrid model with at least 50% of the time in the office.
