SUMMARY The HR Associate is responsible for tracking and managing key HR projects and initiatives.

This role will oversee Rewards and Recognition programs, Employee Discount programs and provide support to employees on performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and HR policies and procedures.

This position will provide support to and report into the Vice President of HR Administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the HR Associate will include, but are not limited to the following: Perform a variety of project management tasks that focus on tracking and managing key HR initiatives; establish timelines and delegate assignments; coordinate project deliverables with other departments, divisions, and consultants; evaluate and update project status for reporting and decision making.

Prepare, analyze, and manage departmental and agency reports generated through Business intelligence, that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.

Manage company-wide Rewards and Recognition programs.

Maintain Employee Discount Programs; negotiate partnerships with vendors, communicate up-to-date discount information to all staff, arrange onsite events with vendors and staff.

Maintain and update HR homepage.

Serve as a resource and provide additional support to employees on performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and HR policies and procedures.

Maintain organization position descriptions; work with managers to write and/or update position descriptions to reflect position requirements and responsibilities.

Promote and maintain the online exit interview for all staff.

Serve on various committees inside and outside of ADAPT Community Network Perform related duties as requested Backup for unemployment claims and workers compensation Other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills are required in order to interact effectively with employees, co-workers, other departments, outside contacts, etc.

Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be able to maintain the strictest confidentiality Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; be a proactive thinker and solutions oriented High proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills.

Must have a solid understanding of HR software and can learn quickly.

Knowledge of the general HR business units functions, business processes, and applications Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
