Please call/email with updated resume: abelm@crescentsolutions.net 949.529.5915 *Onboarding experience required, Workday preferred* *Local candidates only, please do not apply if currently unable to commute daily to Century City* Human Resources Operations Assistant Responsibilities Include: * Initiate heavy Onboarding for newly hired employees in SilkRoad Onboarding system* Maintain accurate electronic personnel records, including collection of new hire paperwork* Maintain Employee Phone Book system with accurate employee contact numbers* Initiate employee background checks* Complete verbal and written requests for Employment Verifications* Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Group US Operations team* Compile data as requested by the Human Capital Group US Operations team and other departments/Lines of Business using Workday and Excel* Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative support role, preferably for a Human Capital/Human Resources department within a financial services/corporate environment.

* Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday* Proficient knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products* Excellent interpersonal skills* Hyperactive attention to detail* The ability to multi-task and prioritize based on changing conditions* Must execute complete confidentiality and have experience handling sensitive information* Must be proactive, articulate, and a diplomatic communicator
