Job DescriptionDescriptions for Client Position: Human Resource Senior Analyst / Project Managerto support the client in managing the implementation of a Strategic Staffing Plan.
This position will mainly develop and draft position descriptions and position justifications following HUD / government human resource requirements and guidelines.
This position will also potentially provide project management support to an enterprise wide work group as part of supporting the implementation of the Strategic Staffing Plan.
The candidate must have relevant government human resource experience, very strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively interact with client Directors and VPs.
•ble to solicit position requirements from client Directors / VPs and then draft clear, concise and well written position descriptions and justifications and other related hiring documents.
•Must have relevant government human resource / hiring process experience.
Mortgage-Backed Securities experience a plus.
•Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
•ble to work with multiple stakeholders at various staff and management levels.
•ble to work independently; well organized; non-technical project management skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables; team player.
•Work at client site in DC approximately 30
– 40% of time; able to be flexible to be at the client site whenever requested for meetings.
