Join us in creating culture one story at a time.Watermark Retirement Communities one of the country’s leaders in senior housing has a very unique opportunity for the person that not only has a proven track record in developing associates, but a person that will drive associate engagement, embraces a culture of coaching, and mentoring and possesses an exceptional knowledge of human resources generalist and payroll skills.For us, the right person will have minimum of 5 years in a Human Resource leadership role with a specialty in driving engagement, recruiting, and developing existing talent and the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns.

A background in senior housing a definite plus!In this role we are looking for the person that will oversee and further develop of our onboarding process, orientation program and play a key role in assuring the Watermark Culture is not only created in all those areas but is very present and obvious on every Watermark Community.If you have a passion in developing talent, human resources and you would like to work with a company that has a passion for that as well, then we would like to hear from you!Please be prepared to share with us your best and most successful associate engagement initiative!
