Operational Technical Services, (OTS), is a highly specialized staffing and recruiting company based in Los Angeles, CA.
OTS provides Temp, Temp to Hire, Direct Hire and Specialty Consulting Services to the public and private utilities industry.
OTS is currently seeking to hire specialty recruiters who have the ability to source and recruit Water & Wastewater operators.
Recruiters will have access to our CRM/ATS system to be able to contact our targeted recruits.
Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and level of time commitment per week.
Each successful placement will receive commission as well as hourly pay.
This is a long term engagement so please read below for the expectations of the position.
Position based on the wets coast.
remote working is available but it will be based on west coast (pacific time) working hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years’ recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in staffing and recruiting industry
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
Familiarity with online job hunting websites
Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
Working knowledge of the medical sales industry
Ability to learn and understand industry terminology
Our recruiters will be asked to contact and research candidates from our database and recruit them to become part of our company to fill our job orders.
You will be given all the resources needed to contact these candidates and you will be given access to our highly specialized CRM tools where you’ll find names and contact information.
