HR / Payroll Administrator Melrose Mac Inc is currently seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Los Angeles, CA (90038). Duties and Responsibilities:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assisting with office and administrative tasks
- Supporting and assisting in a variety of administrative tasks
- Maintaining and auditing employee records
- Organizing safety meetings in all regions
- Payroll auditing
- Assisting in communications and compliance with corporate policies
- Employee record keeping
Education and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience is preferred.
- Experience in HR is preferred.
- Experience with ADP WFN is required.
- Payroll experience and accounting experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Work independently as well as a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Maintain good judgement and a high level of confidentiality.
