You will be responsible for developing a world-class team member experience.As the Manager of our compensation, benefits and payroll programs, you will be responsible for evolving those programs by employing best practices, scalable solutions, and technology to do so. Ensuring a solid foundation for these core areas is essential for us to build a strong and sustainable business. You will work across the business with all teams to ensure our benefits and compensation programs address their needs, are market-competitive, and can scale effectively. And as it relates to payroll, you will play a key role in the implementation of our new HRIS/payroll platform and process payroll through that system once live.
