We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition (Technical Recruiter) to join the People & Culture Team who has a proven record in talent identification, recruitment, and acquisition for software engineering and business analyst roles to help us grow to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Proactively collaborate with hiring managers and partners to understand their hiring needs
Identify and recruit active and passive candidates through employee referrals, sourcing, networking, social media, and market research
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify and acquire top talent
Manage job postings across multiple job portals and platforms and on PDGC’s website
Help lead the People & Culture team with managing the candidate acquisition and hiring pipeline process
Requirements:
5+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles including Software Engineers, Technical Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Analysts
Strong knowledge of software engineering skill sets (coding languages, technical stacks, and industry-standard terminology)
Ability to effectively communicate with internal hiring managers, partners, and People and Culture team members
The desire to grow in the role of Head of Talent Acquisition as a strategic business partner in a dynamic technical environment
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
Nice to Haves:
In-house experience a plus

Pay: $47,444.00
– $120,000.00 per year
