Mike Cox of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting a newly created Head of Human Resources position for a manufacturing/apparel company in Los Angeles. My client has grown aggressively over the last 5 years and are looking for a Head of Human Resources to continue their upward trajectory.
Reporting directly into the CEO/Founder, this critical position will help manage the HR team that operates on a domestic US and international scale and will oversee a small team of professionals.
This hands-on Head of Human Resources position will oversee day-to-day responsibilities for all human resources, recruiting and talent pool generation as well as assisting other Managers/Directors with staff development and performance.
The Head of Human Resources will be a true strategic business partner to the C-Suite Executive team. You will bring a very hands on attitude to the role as this role allows for the Head of Human Resources to create and roll out new and important processes and HR controls.
Your inspirational leadership skills will be helpful in developing the team as well as building relationships across the whole company.

To be considered you will have a minimum of a Ten (10) years of experience or more in Human Resources, including 3+ years as a Manager.
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree with a HR qualification desired. Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is required.
