This position will develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers in relevant market segments and identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
This position will use high level knowledge and customer service expertise to assist customers and drive BARR revenue.
The BARR Sales and Recruitment Representative will execute on outbound callout campaigns and plans to increase the sales and recruitment pipeline for BARR.* Ensures that new prospective customers are contacted through outbound phone calls and emails with the goal of moving those contacts through the sales process and resulting in contracts and revenue for BARR services.* Stay current on Hazelden product lines and uses, and on market trends, technical developments, competition, and successful selling strategies.Communicate essential information to aid in product development.* Attend and exhibit at targeted conferences and events.#DoMeaningfulWorkFully remote positionQualificationsRequired Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing or related field* Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or customer service* Demonstrated project management skill set (including managing multiple, competing priorities and managing various stakeholders and resources)* Proficiency in MS office suite* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written, digital, verbal)Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree or licensure in secondary education or education administration* Experience with large federal and state grantsPI132695369
