Our client, a Century City firm, is looking to hire a contract Recruiter for the next three to six months. This company has done very well through the pandemic and they are adding to their staff. The ideal candidate will work west coast business hours but the job is fully remote so you can sit anywhere. We are looking for someone who can be a strategic business partner from a recruiting standpoint. You will directly partner with hiring managers to execute searches from start to finish. You will carry 3-5 requisitions and you will use Greenhouse as the ATS system. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting experience and will not be opposed to working low level requisitions as needed.

– Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

– Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

– Readying internal recommendations

– Carrying out various administrative duties

– Running interviews

– Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

– Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

Job Requirements:
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

– 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

– Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

– The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

– Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

– If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

– Command of Full Cycle Recruiting

– Proven knowledge of Volume Recruiting

– Experience with Recruiting Sources

– Recruiting Techniques experience

– Corporate Recruiting experience desired

– Strong familiarity with Recruiting Strategies
