EY GigNow has an immediate opening for a Contract Experience Management Resource Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review actual and projected utilization, anticipate availability, and proactively work to decrease unassigned time while balancing the workload of all client serving professionals supported.
2. Promotes and monitors the sharing of resources; network with other team members across markets and service lines to address resource needs and/or conflicts.
3. Resolves conflicts with engagement team members to identify appropriate alternatives in a timely manner.
4. Builds relationships and communicates continuously with client service professionals to identify personal schedule preferences and/or career development issues.
5. Proactively identifies and addresses scheduling issues.
6. Provides resource planning analysis to assist in supporting the region’s fiscal planning activities.
7. Counsels with levels supported as needed/requested; raises individual issues to appropriate leadership.
8. Coordinates with Campus and Experienced Hire Recruiters in supporting the onboarding process for professionals entering the service line.
9. Coordinates with the Americas Talent Team (ATT) regarding client serving personnel issues, appropriate trainings, development plans, etc.
10. Participates in regular market, region, and Americas conference calls and web casts.
11. Travel may be required
1. Bachelors Degree Preferred
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience
3. Previous People Management experience preferred
