Executive Recruiting Researcher, Global Advisory Functions

Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 5 years of experience in a research capacity within executive search, management consulting, or in-house executive recruiting.* Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights, and being an advocate of process and data quality.Preferred qualifications:* Experience building out executive talent research focused on the enterprise space.* Experience thoughtfully engaging leadership talent and assessing competencies.* Ability to thoughtfully set out the target company universe and prioritize effectively based on key market insights.* Ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets and to run a thorough search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.* Executive presence; strong consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with leaders at Google.About the jobThe Leadership Recruiting team at Google is an exciting and focused group

Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.* Leverage strategic thinking, influencing, and coaching skills in order to run a successful search process and help hire exceptional talent.
